Hello Khaled,

You can choose the calling procedure for $PK evaluations :

* Refer to the documentation regarding : CALLFL file:///C:/nmvi/html/callfl.htm
* Note that the default behavior can be different according to your model (if
you have ALAG, ADDL etc..)

* The warning is to tell you to double check whether this behavior is adequate
for you situation
* Warnings can be turned off, they do not impact your results

You may want to share your model and Control file in order to better evaluate
your situation.

Best Regards,

Samer

Subject: [NMusers] warning no. 43 in NONMEM v.6.2

Dear nmusers,

I have installed NONMEM version 6.2 on my notebook. when I
tested it with control5, i get a warning (see bellow)
however, all other things are identical.

(WARNING 43) THE $PK BLOCK REQUESTS "CALL ONCE PER
INDIVIDUAL RECORD", BUT DATA ITEMS ARE USED IN THE $PK
BLOCK. VALUES OF THESE DATA ITEMS SUBSEQUENT TO THOSE FROM
THE FIRST EVENT RECORD WILL BE IGNORED. IF THIS IS NOT
APPROPRIATE, THE CALL DATA ITEM CAN BE USED TO OBTAIN
ADDITIONAL CALLS, OR $PK'S CALLING PROTOCOL SHOULD BE
CHANGED.

I did not understand what should i do?

Kind Regards
Khaled
