Dear group,

I also have an interest in this sampling and analytical scenario for a project
that I am starting and would appreciate any direction you can provide.
Thank-you very much.

Subject: [NMusers] Single Trough Levels

Dear group,

I am working on a retrospectively collected dataset from hospital based
subjects. I have only one trough measured for each subject after IV infusion.
My understanding is that we need at least two samples in the same subject to
estimate BSV and ISV. We would like to develop a population PK model with the
data to explore the potential optimization of the therapy using the model
simulations. I appreciate if you can direct me to the proper references and
any ideas on modeling. Also, I appreciate your comments on the parametric vs
nonparametric approaches in such scenarios where one performs better than
other, if at all.
