[NMusers] LSODA: CODE -6 - FYI

[nonmem]

"Error in LSODA: CODE -6" appeared on the screen when there was a division by 
zero in the $PK step.  It seems like an ADVAN13 integration error can be 
generated when there are some other typos of errors.
