Hi István,

Because the parameter selected for the reference period will affect the fitting
in all periods, I think that the only way to do what you're wanting will be to
fit just the reference period and then merge the resulting Ka into your data
set and use that instead of fitting it.

A more typical method to use would be to fit a different Ka for each
formulation or based on properties of the formulation and use that for your
comparison.

Thanks,

Bill

Dear Users,

I works on a model describes IVIVC using the approach described by Gaynor et al
2011.
The input data come from a cross-over study with a reference period (imediate
release).
I would like to use the KA bayesian posthoc estimates of this refernece period
for all other periods unchanged.
My question is, how can I separate this period from the rest ones to ensure
that nonmem does not fit this parameter other periods, but the reference?

Thanks,
István
