Janssen Research & Development, L.L.C., a Johnson & Johnson company, is 
offering a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship position in 
Pharmacometrics/Quantitative Sciences at our Spring House, PA location 
(preferably), or in Raritan/Titusville, NJ, locations.
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our group at 
Janssen. Our team will benefit from the Fellow’s advanced training and in turn 
contribute to their professional development. As a Postdoctoral Fellow you will:

  *   Support translational modeling projects in oncology and across different 
therapeutic areas.
  *   Conduct data analysis of disease pathophysiology, preclinical PKPD 
models, biomarkers, and/or calculation of probability of success/risk analysis;
  *   May provide analysis of published data to support bridging between 
clinical and preclinical endpoints;
  *   Participate in drug development teams to learn about the roles and 
responsibilities of clinical pharmacology/pharmacometrics in drug development 
under pharmaceutical industry settings.
An ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in Pharmaceutics, 
Pharmacokinetics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering, have 
experience with computation software applications such as R, MATLAB, SAS, or 
NONMEM; have experience in analyzing data describing biologic or PK/PD systems, 
preferably using a non-linear mixed effects modeling approach, and have an 
understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
