Team Leader Pharmacometrics The team leader pharmacometrics ensures appropriate pharmacometrics (PMx) expertise and analyses through all phases of development with focus on internal decision making and successful registration (ensure MID3). He/she provides strategic leadership to develop and maintain a highly competitive and regulatory compliant PMx team using state-of-the-art technologies and approaches in agreement with global PMx strategy/goals. He/she coaches, mentors, and raises the PMx team's ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating and maintaining an open atmosphere and attractive working environment as well as opportunities for individual development.
