Exciting opportunity in NJ for a Sr. Pharmacokineticist:

My client is an established company and we are looking to fill two critical 
roles!
Mentorship in a solid and experienced team will be provided for the successful 
candidates.
This role is a hands on role in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics.
Responsibilities include
1.      Performance and interpretation of non-compartmental pharmacokinetic 
(PK) data analysis using WinNonlin
2.     Clinical protocol design input of PK and PD investigation and assist in 
the clinical study execution logistics
3.      Planning, implementing, interpreting and reporting of assigned Phase I  
to III  PK and PK/PD studies
4.      Analysis and reporting population-pharmacokinetic and PK/PD data and 
use of NONMEM
5       Development of statistical analysis plan
6.      Manage CROs to conduct analysis and report PK and PK/PD data
7.      Evaluate the relationship between exposure and pharmacodynamic (PD) 
properties for compounds from discovery to proof of activity, and to late stage 
development
8.      Provide input to relevant sections of regulatory documents and 
submissions

Desired Skills:
Advanced degree (Pharm.D. or Ph.D.) in pharmacokinetics/pharmacology or 
relevant field.
In depth knowledge of PK/PD and its application and impact of drug development
In depth understanding and knowledge of PK/ADME
Ability to multitask and learn quickly, a motivated self starter.
Hands on use of WinNOnLIn, NONMEM, and other relevant software.
