Hi Nick,

I have tried to unsubscribe multiple times to NMusers. Can you please help?

Thanks,

Bob,
Thanks for the zip file.
And for the motivation to explore intro7.pdf – always something interesting to
learn in the modelling world (unlike those stuck in the NCA doldrums).
Nick

Nick:
A cmax_root_finder.zip file is now supplied.
nonmem_reserved_general is not intended to be humanly read, but used in the
control stream for easy access of reserved variables. A copy is also in
..\util of your NONMEM installation. Use of it is described in
..\guides\intro7.pdf

Hi Bob,

Thanks for preparing the examples. I found the “nonmem reserved general” file
something of a challenge – I could barely understand a line of it.
Any chance you could zip up all the files into one archive file? I find myself
faced with downloading a couple of pages of files one file at a time.

Best wishes,
Nick

Dear nmusers:
Because of the recent discussions (topic “Cmax/Tmax in the DES block”) on the
proper way of obtaining tmax and cmax with ODE solvers, I have been motivated
to provide some examples utilizing root-finding techniques available in ADVAN14
(CVODES) and ADVAN15 (IDAS). Please read the cmax_root_finder.pdf, and view
the accompanying example files, located in
