Dear NONMEM customers.
A bug was inadvertently introduced in the NONMEM 7.4.2, which has been
corrected in NONMEM 7.4.3:

If MSFO option is used with IMP, SAEM, ITS, or BAYES, the problem fails with an
access violation at the $COV step.

If you typically use these new methods with the MSFO option, then you may wish
to update your NONMEM installation from 7.4.2 to 7.4.3. Instructions for
downloading and installing NONMEM 7.4.3 are attached.

Location of new installation files are in
https://nonmem.iconplc.com/nonmem743

The password to unzip files is the same for all NONMEM 7.4.x. Please contact
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> if you have forgotten
the password.
