Dear nmusers,
I have a question how to reset cumulative AUC in a $DES model, where
DADT(4) is set up as cumulative AUC of C1.
Because the study is a four way crossover study, the cumulative value of
A(4) need to rest to zero before each subsequent treatments.
However, NONMEM do not allow setting A(4) to zero in the statement of
control stream.
Is there any work around of this problem?

·Demonstrated expertise in hands-on population-based modelling e.g.
NONMEM, Monolix and related software (R, Xpose, PsN);
·Proven mentorship capabilities.
