Responsibilities * Strategic leadership and functional management of MBDD drug development scientists supporting program objectives * Accountable for quality of MBDD (including QSP) plans and for quality and timeliness of team deliverables * Responsible for creating and maintaining internal and external networks to support MBDD including QSP objectives * Member of specialty medicine Strategy and Portfolio Committee, and Protocol Review Committee representing QCP * Member of Global-QCP Committee and QCP-West Leadership Team and assigned deliverables * Lead a team of experienced managers as direct and indirect reports. Continuously build team capability through high quality talent selection, mentoring, coaching, and professional development.
