Our Client is seeking a strategic leader. This individual will be responsible 
for managing a team of scientists. In this capacity chosen candidate will 
ensure the delivery of support for a portion of the company's portfolio of 
research & development programs, within their pharmacometric subject area. The 
Group Director is accountable for their team's timely and accurate delivery of 
needed quantitative analyses, interpretation, and messaging to PMx management, 
as well as the timely delivery of well-constructed and well-messaged reports 
for PMx review.

We expect this person to focus on the professional development of their direct 
reports, and adherence to the applicable PMx working practices, relevant 
company SOPs and Working Practices, and the corporate code of ethical conduct.
This role will manage a small team of scientists with an appropriate scope of 
responsibility and portfolio.



REQUIREMENTS
This position requires an advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (PKPD 
emphasis), Statistics, Engineering or other quantitative subject areas. 
Validated leadership experience in the application of pharmacometrics in a drug 
discovery/development setting including experience in developing PhD modelers 
is required. This experience should include substantial expertise in M&S, 
including PK, PKPD and Statistics. Broad Translational and Clinical development 
expertise in drug development (early and late), with emphasis on 
Pharmacometrics is required.
