Position Summary:

At Amador we provide global-standard translational sciences and clinical 
development services to biopharmaceutical companies. Supported by leading 
institutional investors in technology and healthcare, Amador aims to become a 
leading global partner for the successful development of novel and improved 
biotherapeutics.


We are seeking experienced pharmacometricians to enhance and further our 
clinical pharmacology services globally through high-quality work, strategic 
client interactions, publications, and supervision of junior level scientists. 
They will lead global pharmacometrics projects, provide technical guidance, and 
implement Model Informed Drug Development (MIDD) strategy for novel 
biotherapeutics across multiple therapeutic areas.


Key Responsibilities and Qualification Requirements:

Experience:

*      Proven experience in quantitative pharmacology and strong hands-on 
modeling and simulation experience.

*      Experience with population PKPD modeling software (NONMEM, R, SAS, STAN, 
MATLAB etc.).

*      Excellent communication skills and organization skills are essential.

*      MSc, PhD, PharmD or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, 
statistics, chemical engineering, or related fields.

        *   Director/Sr. Director, Quantitative Clinical Pharmacometrics:  (MS: 
15+years of experience; PhD: 7+ years of experience). Prior leadership 
experience is desired but not required.

?  Senior Pharmacometrician: (MS: 6+years of experience; PhD: 2-4 years of 
experience).

        *   Pharmacometrician: (MS: 4+years of experience; PhD: 2-4 years of 
experience)



Special Skills/Abilities:

*      Industry/consulting experience (may be combined with academic research 
or internship) working in R&D, pre-clinical and clinical environments.

*      Ability to achieve objectives/timelines through collaborative efforts 
with external and internal stakeholders.

*      Highly motivated individual with a strong intellectual and technical 
background in Pharmacometrics discipline.

*      Effective written and verbal communication skills.

*      In-depth modeling skills, ability to translate complex problems into 
incisive models to address them.
