*Director of Pharmacometrics*

*Location**: *CA or Remote

*Key Responsibilities*

Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacometrics.

Create pharmacometrics analysis plans.

Responsible for applying quantitative methods like population PK, PK/PD,
PBPK, QSP, and exposure-response modeling to integrate data and inform
decision-making.

Perform PK/PD data analyses.

Contribute to regulatory clinical and/or nonclinical pharmacology summaries
for submissions.

*Job Requirements*

Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.

8-10+ years of industry experience.

Proficient in pharmacokinetic and pharmacometrics software programs (e.g.
WinNonlin, R, NONMEM, ADAPT, Monolix, Pumas, etc.).

Experience in oncology is a plus.



*Director of Pharmacometrics*

*Location: *Northeast or Remote

*Key Responsibilities*

Create pharmacometrics analysis plans.

Lead multidisciplinary teams in drug discovery and development as M&S
Project Lead.

Develop and execute modeling and simulation strategies aligned with
preclinical and clinical plans.

Use advanced methodologies for decision-making in collaboration with
biostatistics, clinical pharmacology, and other quantitative disciplines.

Create pharmacology models from early discovery to FIH studies, working
with external partners.

Manage outsourced modeling and simulation activities, mentor junior
scientists, and enhance internal modeling capabilities through training and
new tool adoption.

*Job Requirements*
Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics.

8-10 years of industry experience.

Strong knowledge of R, SAS, and NONMEM, among others.

Successful NDA filing and registration experience preferred.
