Dear nmusers,

We are thrilled to introduce IMPRES-M®, a novel statistical method for PK-PD modeling that employs smoothing. Some smoothing approaches have been published in our field but have not been very beneficial. IMPRES-M®, however, directly yields a smooth curve representing the RESponse to a dose: the IMPulse. Combined with the dosing schedule of choice, the curve can provide desired interpolations and extrapolations. This will allow for accelerating extrapolated dose simulations and PK-PD modeling.

Be part of this unique opportunity to advance PK-PD modeling. As a beta tester, you will have the chance to experience the benefits of IMPRES-M® firsthand and your feedback will contribute to fine-tuning the method to address your needs. Your participation is highly appreciated. Beta testing is expected to run from end of July to half of September.

While IMPRES-M®is right now available as a package in R only, we are working on an interface to NONMEM.

Will you join us for beta testing? Or would you just like to get some further information? Please visit pd-value.com/impres-m - a form to join beta-testing can be found at the bottom of the page.

Best regards,

Jeroen
