Provides expert guidance on clinical pharmacology dosing decisions, assisting the team to deliver on key aspects. Conducts PK/PD data analysis, interpretation, and presentation. Contributes to key regulatory documents. *Qualifications* PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. 3-5+ years of industry experience. Expertise in Clinical Pharmacology, including PK, ADME, posology, and translational sciences. Hands-on modeling experience. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and submission processes in key regions. Experience working in oncology. *Director of Clinical Pharmacology - Immunology & Neurology* *Location: *MA, Remote & Hybrid options *Key Responsibilities* Develops clinical pharmacology plans. Collaborates with pharmacometrics and other functions to develop and execute model informed drug development strategies. Represent clinical pharmacology with internal and external stakeholders. Contributes to key regulatory documents and supports due diligence projects as needed. *Qualifications* PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. 5+ years of industry experience. Expertise in Clinical Pharmacology, in immunology and neurology. Broad understanding across the translational sciences and drug development.
