TJ Elder Executive Director Quantitative Pharmacology The Executive Director, Clinical and Quantitative Pharmacology, will lead all aspects of clinical drug development, playing a critical role in advancing our programs. This position is responsible for developing and implementing model-informed drug development (MIDD) strategies to optimize decision-making across all phases. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, mentor a team of pharmacometricians, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive the success of our innovative therapeutics portfolio. Must be onsite 3-4 days a week. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute pharmacometric strategies aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. * Provide scientific leadership in model-based approaches, including population PK/PD, exposure-response modeling, disease progression modeling, and clinical trial simulation. * Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacology, Translational Medicine, Biostatistics, Regulatory, and Clinical Development teams to integrate quantitative methodologies into development strategies. * Oversee resource allocation and project prioritization to align with company objectives. * Champion MIDD strategies to enhance decision-making across discovery, clinical development, and regulatory submissions. * Lead the preparation and review of pharmacometric contributions for regulatory submissions, responses, and meetings with global health authorities. * Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in pharmacometrics and applying them to drug development. * Must be onsite 3-4 days a week.
