I’m curious what they’re planning to do with the $4,992,000 that isn’t needed
for the IXP.
In general, radical over-spending on IXPs just scares away participants, since
they don’t know when the other shoe will drop, or why they should trust someone
who can’t exercise normal fiscal management.
