The original statement is a bit facetious. The so called data center building 
for $305M is really not such. It's about a landmark building to serve as a 
focal point to sell the university. Kinda like a church spire or something. 
Humans seem fascinated by such types of buildings. I think what's taught and 
what isn't is a better focus.
