I've been informed that the U.S. Commerce Dept. will be releasing a report tomorrow morning on what they consider to be appropriate procedures for "Strengthening Cybersecurity Protections" for online businesses (apparently aimed at those operations not included in what the Dept. calls "critical infrastructure").
