More on Windows 10 Traffic Analysis

Just to be super-clear on this -- I am *not* endorsing the contents of
that article, it was passed along purely FYI, and that's why I
*explicitly* branded it with "if true" provisos. In fact, the item was
passed along to me by an A-class correspondent, but the underlying
source is significantly less well graded. Be that as it may, I cannot
ethically ignore an item like this, especially given what we *do* know
as fact to date about Windows 10. So I'm hoping that the readership can
help to either confirm this story, or, (as would be much more to my
liking, and I suspect much more probable) help to prove it wrong. But
ignoring it was not an option.
