[Take some responsibility, Google!] Researcher Distributes Tool That
Enables Mass-Hijacking of Google Chromecast Devices

While Google did not respond to Gizmodo's request for comment,
earlier this week, the company attempted to distance itself
from any issues experienced by its customers, saying, "This is
not an issue with Chromecast specifically, but is rather the
result of router settings that make smart devices, including
        Chromecast, publicly reachable."

OK, it's not strictly speaking a bug in Chromecast. But Chromecast IS
affected. Why hasn't Google sent out a notice to users explaining how
to protect themselves from this? They're depending on media that many
users will never see to pass the word. Start behaving as if customer
support really mattered Google, please!
