BREAKING: In major surprise, Trump chooses not to try move Georgia
state trial to federal court -- meaning trial will likely be televised
In surprise action, Trump filing indicates that he will NOT attempt to
move his Georgia trial to federal court. It was widely expected that
he would attempt such a move for various reasons, including a
perceived friendlier jury pool. In federal court the trial would not
have been televised. Staying in state court means that it almost
certainly will be televised. -L
