Jeffrey, The Getting Started tutorial video (http://www.nothirst.com/tutorials/ MoneyWell-GettingStarted/) should solve your problem. Essentially, you need to enter your account starting balances, assign those to your income bucket and then drag from the income bucket to your expenditure buckets to allocate money (creae a money flow in MoneyWell terms) to them.
