That's exactly what I want to do :) But again, here is what I get when
I do it like you describe it:

After step 2 my "savings" bucket contains 100 to be spend that month.
Then I transfer the 100 from A to B and assign them to the expense
bucket "savings" (is that what you mean with "charging"?). After that
my account B contains the 100 but I also "spent" the 100 that I had in
the "savings" bucket at the same time, so that "Savings" shows 0 after
the transfer. Is that correct? Is that the result you get as well?
Wouldn't it also mean that, in case you save more than your planned
amount, you basically "overspend" your savings?

How do you get the money out of B then? By transferring it to A and
assigning it to an income bucket?
