Danny,

If you have a Mac connected to the internet, just run MoneyWell on it  
and enter your license code in that copy. Then you can copy the  
generated license.mwlic file found in the ~/Library/Application  
Support/MoneyWell folder to the other machine.

I'm curious though, why don't you have your primary Mac connected?  
With the lack of viruses for the Mac and the ability to turn internet  
access on and off easily, it would seem easier just to allow that  
machine to access the internet when you needed something and then turn  
it off it you really don't want it connect all the time.
