You don't have to change the "Flow As" setting unless you are trying  
to force MoneyWell to treat income as a different part of the month.  
MoneyWell sets that value automatically. One scenario would be that  
you were paid in the first week of the month but didn't get around to  
allocating that income until after the second week and MoneyWell  
started showing this as a second half allocation. In this case you'd  
change the setting to "First Half" to change the behavior.

The main difference is that a second half allocation will try to fill  
the buckets completely. If you are allocating a third paycheck, you  
probably are going to have some of this money left over for the next  
month and MoneyWell does that automatically as well.
