For now, you can click on an account so the focus is there, and hit
cmd+a to select all, or just click select multiple accounts with cmd
held down, like in other Mac OS X applications.   An all accounts item
could be a bit of a time saver, but I wanted to make sure you knew you
can get the display you want, just with a bit more than one click.
