Paul, Have you tried CONNECT AS: Quicken (Mac)? A lot of the banks only recognize Quicken or MS Money. To change it from Moneywell go to Main Menu>Transactions>Manage Online Connections and change the Connect As to Quicken (Mac).
If that doesn't work, what error message are you getting?
