This hasn't been requested in a while but did come up in the early days of 1.0. Most people are happier now that they can drag buckets to the order they want them so the call for this has died off. I am looking at ways to classify buckets (fixed expense versus flexible, needs versus wants, etc.) in a future release, so that may be what you are looking for.
