I recently purchased Moneywell and like it very much. I was able to set up all of my bank accounts for direct download except for one account, a money market account. Al my accounts are with the same bank, and all work fine but this one. I have reentered the account number and tried a number of changes many times in the last few days, but nothing works. I have contacted the bank, but they only tell me to contact the Moneywell folks. So, here I am.
When I select an account type of "Savings Account" and leave out the routing number and hit download, I get the message "[2003] ERROR The specified account could not be found." If I now remove the routing number, I get the message "[400] ERROR There was a problem accessing the URL for this financial institution." The "Connect" selection is identical to the others and is the only one I have set up with my login info. I have tried changing to all the account types, using both with and without the routing number. Anything else I can try?
