Thanks, Kevin. Sorry to be a pain. This is why I wanted to start over. I changed the date to 01 Jan 09 and some things stayed the same--red. I do have an allocation across the board now but there are still a few buckets that are showing red and my income bucket is now -$49 after removing those dupes yesterday. Shall I just wait until tomorrow night or 01 Jan and try going with the cash amount showing in my bank account?
And, can you tell me if I am, indeed, creating dupes if I go into the Allocation window more than once? Thanks for your help... Karen PS--Happy New Year!
