Hi, Me again. Just trying to get all of my accounts setup to use the automatic download function (I am so excited to get it working; it will save me a ton of time). I contacted Zions Bank where my checking/ savings are and setup what they call PC Banking (as opposed to internet banking). They gave me a user name and password and let me know that I should change the password after the first time logging in. I asked for clarification and was told that Quicken would prompt me to change the password. I asked if there was an online interface to do so and they replied 'No'.
Does MoneyWell handle the changing of passwords? I am unable to log in using the credentials they gave me, instead I get the following error message: [15510] ERROR There was a problem with your online session. If the problem continues, contact your financial institution to resolve it. Or, perform a one-step update to receive the latest version of your software. I am guessing that this has something to do with being prompted to change passwords. Any ideas? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "No Thirst Software User Forum" group.
