I lost network at my house for a period of time, and when I went to  
work on my MoneyWell document, I discovered that it doesn't handle  
this situation very well when you're trying to add an account.

When creating a new account without a network connection, the obvious  
choice is to "Add an account manually."  However, when selecting this  
option and then "Continue," after updating the account information,  
manually selecting either of the three buttons (Cancel, Go Back, or  
Continue) has no effect.  The bottom part of the panel continues to  
have "Loading financial institutions...." with a spinning wheel,  
despite having progressed past the Financial Institution page.

It is possible to save and close the file, but when you open the file  
again, MoneyWell returns to the Financial Institution panel, and it is  
not possible to cancel.  Upon restoring the network connection,  
MoneyWell's interface continues to be stuck at this point.
