Hi Tim, Yes, No Thirst Software is a microISV, which means I'm the only developer and I outsource for some of the other activities to keep the operation going smoothly. Tech support is still one of my tasks though and will remain that way for a bit longer. There have been some very helpful customers on the user forum but I do still like to put in my 2 cents on threads. Also, the feature request process has been streamlined this past week so those are no longer time consuming. I have no problem with the traffic on this forum so please don't worry about it being a distraction. I promise to keep development a priority so the new releases aren't delayed by support problems.
