Have you always added a new statement when you reconciled? It may seem  
like a dumb question but I've had customers skip this step and reused  
the same statement over and over.

If not and there are statements being lost, I'd like to hear about it  
if you can get it to happen consistently.

There are always issues with reconciling when the missing piece is  
hard to find. I guarantee that have a running balance adds to the  
confusion as much as not having it there. I've had many nights of  
fighting a reconcile because the deposit appeared in the wrong order  
on my statement or the date was off on one of my transactions.

I've tried to make MoneyWell easier to reconcile by avoiding the modal  
dialogs and by offering various numbers for feedback.
