I like to transfer $100 a month from a Checking Account to a Money Market Account. I have set this up in my Spending Plan and allocated the income accordingly. When the automatic transfer is initiated by my bank I record it in the Savings Bucket.
Next I record the transfer from the checking account to the Money Market Account, leaving the Bucket field empty. Question: Is there any way I can avoid this being recorded as an Unassigned Transaction? Kevin, I am really enjoying this program and learning a little more about it every day. Can't wait to see what happens at the end of my first month, a few days away!
