Hi Mark,

The first time you do a download, you'll probably have a ton of  
duplicates if you already imported those from MS Money. Normally the  
Duplicates view (Transactions > Merge and Remove Duplicates) helps  
with this as long as you set the days on that view to a long enough  
period to cover your download. Deleting them is also an option if your  
previous account is up to date.

The next download will only include the new transactions.

You can download all the accounts at once by highlighting them all and  
clicking Download but you'll still have to review each account for  
duplicates manually. MoneyWell automatically pops up the Duplicates  
view on single account downloads but not for multiples.
