Hello Felicity, You certainly can have a refund if you're unhappy. It will be processed within 24 hours. The envelope system in MoneyWell is designed to work on a monthly cycle. This shouldn't cause a problem though because you can tell it exactly how much to start the month with even if you previous income was not on a month start. > > 3. cannot have two income buckets. if you update one it overwrites the > other one. The design of MoneyWell is meant to be interactive and doesn't require you to print reports just to see if you are on track with your spending plan or not. If you are running OS X Leopard, this should not be a problem. If you are running Tiger, there is a bug that causes a crash if you close a document. This doesn't hurt anything but it is annoying.
