I know what happened. I had a search open and selected multiple accounts, changed all of the items to a different bucket and payee, and was tabbing through the fields and must have changed this one by accident. The reason I could not edit all of them back was because when I tried to do that I had both a credit card AND my checking account selected (rather than before when it was just my credit card), so 'Charge' doesn't show, as it's unique to credit cards.
I do love the bulk edit feature on a search... very swish.
