I was wondering what the best way to handle the following situation
would be.

I have a bucket with a monthly spending plan of $100. The graph for
this bucket correctly shows how well I have stayed within this budget
with the dashed line representing the budgeted amount and the solid
filled bar representing actual spending.

After three months I determine that I would like to increase (or
decrease) the spending plan on this bucket for some reason. If I
change the spending plan it retroactively changes all the past months
spending plans to the new one. Now the graph shows that I have been
way overspending (or underspending) my budget for past months when
this isn't really true at all.

Is there any way to set spending plans on a per month basis so that
they 'stick' to the month even if you change other months in the
future?
