For some reason, BoA does this more often than most other banks. Standard XML expansions like & and "e; work properly but not the ASCII ones. It's on my list to investigate in the future. It actually would be nice if BoA didn't even do this to begin with but I'm sure it has something to do with their own servers choking on single quotes.
