All,

There was a problem after we switched over to the new website that  
stopped MoneyWell from accessing the financial institutions  
information on our site. This problem also stopped both products from  
retrieving licenses for new users.

Both of these should be fixed now. Restart MoneyWell and try again if  
you had problems setting up a new direct connect account. Sorry for  
the inconvenience.
