Hi Bryan,

Have your reconciled your accounts? It's possible that you don't have  
the right starting balance on your accounts. Check out our reconcile  
video tutorial please.

Also, if you are downloading transactions from your bank or importing  
OFX files, those balances on the Account Detail will be updated based  
on what the bank includes in those files. If the information is  
missing, then it won't appear on the detail either.
