Hi Paul, MoneyWell does calculate the correct amount based on the exchange rate you set. Just use the Edit > Set Exchange Rates.
As long as you have the two accounts set to different currencies (set this in the Account Detail), MoneyWell will also adjust the bucket totals based on the rates. You can also change the amount on either side of the transfer without changing the other in this scenario too.
