Arnie, If you are using Time Machine, all your content of your main disk is being backed up to an external drive. That's great and you'll be able to go back several days or weeks to retrieve different versions of MoneyWell documents in case you have a problem. A flash (or thumb) drive is a nice way to transport documents from one computer to another but not usually a good way to do backups. They are too easy to erase or lose. iDisk is part of MobileMe and I have a Family Pack subscription because we have 5 Macs that need syncing and remote backup. If you want to copy your MoneyWell document to a flash drive or iDisk, simply drag and drop the file(s) to it. If you're not sure where you saved it, hold down the Command key while clicking the document name in the MoneyWell main window title bar. It will show you the location and you can even select a folder from that pop-up to open.
