Trish, They don't disagree but they also don't care. If it's not putting money directly in their coffers, they don't work very hard at it. You can see this by the horrible websites most financial institutions use and the convoluted steps many of them make customers walk through just to get at our own data. This problem hasn't been very apparent until recently (probably because more MoneyWell customers are using downloads and imports) but it is a real problem and I am updating the program to handle it very soon.
