I would agree with Lance that there are a very limited number of
features in an iPhone app that would provide 80% of the benefit to
MoneyWell users. I'm one of those people using Notes to keep the
amounts in my Bucket List (hahaha) with me, and it's painful, but
necessary. Besides this synced list, I would love to be able to enter
transactions, and have those sync with Big Mama App on my desktop. I
don't really need a full-featured or standalone mobile app, with Money
Flows and such. I just need an extension to the desktop app that
allows me to easily keep bucket amounts with me for decisions, and
quickly enter transactions before they slip my mind or I lose the
receipt. I think this sort of "mobile reality check" is also more
useful to managing spending than the additional features coming in MW
2. I realize, however, that not every MoneyWell user has an iPhone/
iPod Touch.

I believe a very limited version 1.0 mobile app would make a lot of
lives so much easier, and the earlier availability date would greatly
offset any lacking features. Could you please explain to someone who's
not an Objective-C developer why something created in OS 2.2 would
transition poorly to OS 3? I hate to sound impatient, but an iPhone
app would be REALLY helpful, and I want to understand the benefits of
waiting for OS3.

Thanks!
//Drew
