I've been using MW to track the spending on a fixed 1 year loan, where I knew exactly how many transaction there were. I transfer the money to my current account when I get the loan, then each monthly instalment is handed back to the loan account. The loan account then has an extra charge transaction in the bank charge bucket.
This won't work quite so nicely in a tracker mortgage or student loan. (I track my Student Loan too, and like to see the amount slowly decrease so that I can have an idea when I'll stop having around £60 taken from my salary).
