I still cannot download from US Bank, and I reallllllly want this to work. Can you be more specific, there seems to be so many alternatives. Did you put the social & pin in the "Manage Download Transactions"? What did you use for the bucket name, your user name, or is this where you put your social? thank you, Vicki
